About ME

I’m a mindset coach, creative, and the heart behind The Moonlit Arcana—a space devoted to supporting high-functioning women who quietly struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and the fear of trusting their own intuition.

On the outside, it can look like you have it all together. But internally, there’s pressure… second-guessing… the weight of responsibility… and the constant pull to get it “right.” I know that experience deeply—because I’ve lived it.

I’ve navigated my own journey with generalized anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the overwhelming fear of making the wrong decision. I’ve experienced environments that challenged my sense of self—growing up in a controlling belief system, navigating gaslighting, parentification, workplace bullying, and unhealthy relationship dynamics. These experiences shaped the way I saw myself, my voice, and my ability to trust my own inner knowing.

But they also led me here.

My work is rooted in helping you reconnect with yourself—gently, honestly, and without shame.

I integrate mindset coaching with grounded, supportive practices, including elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand the different parts of yourself, along with tools like journaling, meditation, and energy work such as Reiki. My approach is not about forcing change or pushing you past your limits—it’s about creating safety within, so trust can naturally rebuild.

What makes my work different is that I don’t just teach strategies—I understand the lived experience of anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm. I meet you in that space with compassion, while also guiding you toward clarity, self-trust, and inner authority.

Alongside my coaching, I channel my love for creativity into designing journals, stationery, and supportive tools that help you process your thoughts, regulate your emotions, and come back to yourself in tangible, everyday ways.

I don’t believe you’re broken.
I believe you’ve been navigating life without the support and safety you deserved—and now, you’re learning how to come home to yourself.
