Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, The Moonlit Arcana is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Returns & Refunds

I accept returns on eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns on:
- Used journals or stationery
- Opened or used items
- Digital products (if applicable)
- Tarot or Oracle Readings (all services are final sale)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us through my website within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- If approved, you will receive return instructions
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
