Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of my products or services:
- all tarot/oracle readings are final and nonrefundable
- physical products returns/refunds (14 days from delivery; must be unused and in original condition; customer pays return shipping [unless damage/defective]; I must be contacted before returning; no returns on used journals, opened items or personalized/custom products)
- digital products (if applicable) are non-refundable
